June Streaming Highlights on Disney+
This June, Disney+ may not introduce a vast array of fresh material; however, there are quite a few original and exclusive offerings to look forward to. The animated series Phineas and Ferb returns for its fifth season on June 6, featuring ten episodes. This beloved show follows the adventures of two stepbrothers seeking to maximize their time during the summer break.
On June 24, Disney+ will debut the original series Ironheart, starting with a three-episode premiere at 6 p.m. PT. Set in the Marvel Universe following the events of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, the series chronicles the origin of Riri Williams, a talented MIT student and inventor, portrayed by Dominique Thorne.
Additionally, the platform will showcase compelling documentaries such as Sally, chronicling the journey of America’s first female astronaut, premiering on June 17. Another highly anticipated feature, Ocean with David Attenborough, will be available starting June 8, alongside Disney’s adaptation of Frozen: The Hit Broadway Musical, premiering on June 20.
Moreover, the female-led sports series Vibe Check will make its exclusive debut on Disney+ sometime this month.
